for gulabjamun,mix milk powder,semolina,all purpose flour,baking powder togather in a vessel
add milk gradually and knead a soft and lump free dough keep it on rest for 10minutes
after 10minutes knead that dough again make oval shaped gulabjamuns from it
heat oil ,fry prepared gulab jamuns in hot oil on low flame to dark brown color
remove from oil let it cools down little
meanwhile prepare sugar syrup mix sugar and water in a pan mix well
add cardamom powder in it let it boil for once then simmer the flame and cook it on low flame to 5-7minutes
switch off the flame when sugar syrup is warm put fried gulab jamuns in it for atleast 30minutes
for filling put 1/4cup psugar in a pan add 1/8cup water and cook
make 1string syrup then put cashew powder to it mix well
add desicated coconut in it mix well
cook till mixture combines well and leaves the pan completly
remove prepared mixture in a plate
take out gulabjamun from syrup,Make a cut length wise on it,but do not saperate completly
put cashew filling in it,garnish with chopped pistachio and serve
